pk76 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pk76", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the pk76 platform, including its website at pk76.bio and all associated services, games, and tools.
• "Platform" means the pk76 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all software, games, betting markets, and account services made available through pk76.bio.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the pk76 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon completing the pk76 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their pk76 Account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account under a specific pk76 offer, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by pk76 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing the pk76 Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.

By accessing the pk76 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk76 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to bonuses you claim.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk76 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on pk76, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk76 strictly enforces this age restriction. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the lifecycle of your Account.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not hold an existing Account on pk76, including under a different name, email address, or payment method identity.
• You have not previously been excluded from pk76 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a person employed by pk76 or its technology or gaming partners.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the pk76 registration process, including their legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Submitting false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pk76. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. pk76 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk76 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. pk76 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to pk76 support immediately.

4.4 KYC Verification

pk76 conducts Know Your Customer verification as required by its regulatory and compliance obligations. Players may be asked to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. pk76 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

pk76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL direct transfer, UBL direct transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK. pk76 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from payment methods registered to a third party.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one business hour depending on your bank's processing times. pk76 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Following successful KYC verification, pk76 typically processes withdrawals within five minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. pk76 does not charge withdrawal fees.

5.4 Declined Deposits & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a legitimate pk76 deposit will result in the immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, pk76 reserves the right to recover the disputed funds through all available legal channels.

pk76 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed Account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Account, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• pk76 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively completing wagering requirements will not be retroactively affected by such changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good faith play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pk76 — including cricket, volleyball, football, and other sports markets — are subject to acceptance by pk76 at its sole discretion. pk76 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict betting activity on any market without prior notice.

7.2 Odds & Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked. Markets may be suspended at any time in response to developing events, official announcements, or technical requirements. pk76 is not liable for the inability to place a bet during a market suspension period.

7.3 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body or governing authority. In the event of a result dispute, pk76 will await the official determination before settling affected bets. pk76's settlement decision is final subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

7.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds posted due to technical error; match abandonment or postponement beyond the relevant settlement deadline; or where settlement would be based on manifestly incorrect information. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance at the original stake amount.

pk76's casino offering includes live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and other RNG (Random Number Generator) based games provided by certified third-party software developers. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity:

• All casino games on pk76 use certified RNG technology and publish theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages. These percentages represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Players acknowledge that casino games are games of chance and that no betting strategy, system, or pattern of play can overcome the house edge built into any game.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play casino games on pk76 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game session, the game outcome will be determined using the relevant game provider's recorded server-side data. pk76's decision as to the correct outcome in such circumstances is final.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification prior to payment. pk76 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing jackpot or unusually large prize amounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk76 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or terminated and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account or placing bets while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage;
• Holding more than one Account on pk76, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events on which bets are placed via pk76;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence, or scripting tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your actual location;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain;
• Any conduct that pk76 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the Platform, its bonus systems, or its other Players.

pk76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial difficulty or personal harm. The following tools and policies reflect that commitment:

10.1 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

10.2 Session Time Reminders

Players may activate session time reminders that notify them when they have been logged into pk76 for a specified continuous period. pk76 recommends that all Players enable this feature as a habit-awareness tool.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who believes that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion from pk76 at any time. Self-exclusion options include temporary exclusions (from 24 hours to 12 months) and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be frozen, all marketing communications will cease, and re-registration will be blocked. 10.4 Age Verification & Minor Protection

pk76 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and uses age verification technology at multiple points in the player journey. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

All content on the pk76 Platform — including but not limited to the pk76 brand name, logo, software, game content, design elements, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of pk76 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership interest in pk76 content by virtue of using the Platform.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or publicly displaying any pk76 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk76 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform outages or technical errors.

pk76's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk76's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk76 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where pk76 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continuing to permit Account access would expose pk76 to regulatory, legal, or financial risk.

Upon Account termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or wilful breach of these Terms. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player fault (e.g., platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), the Player's verified Real Money Balance will be returned to their registered payment method in full.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pk76 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following final account settlement.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law under the jurisdiction of pk76's licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute, Players should in the first instance contact pk76's customer support team via the live chat facility within their Account dashboard. pk76 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pk76's internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk76's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from pk76 customer support.

pk76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk76 will provide reasonable advance notice via a Platform notification or email to the registered address on your Account.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated prominently at the top of the updated Terms document. Continued use of the pk76 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
